Render a code reply
Use this when the assistant printed the HTML into the conversation rather than handing you a file to download. It is the single most common hiccup, and it is not a failure — the content is all there.
Steps
- Copy the whole reply. You do not need to trim it; unPaper finds the HTML inside a messy answer, fenced code block or not.
- Paste it into Render.
- Check the preview.
- Save the PDF or the
.htmlfile, or hand it to the converter.
What you end up with
Exactly what you would have got as a download — the same self-contained file.
Gotchas
- Truncated replies. If the model ran out of room the deck will stop mid-slide. Ask it to continue from the last complete slide, then splice the pieces with Update a deck.
- Two code blocks. Some assistants explain, then paste. Pasting everything is fine; the largest HTML document wins.
